Repairing a Rotting Roof Reducing indoor humidity was a critical first step by Mark Parlee Water dripping from a skylight during an autumn rainstorm looked like a minor leak. But when the roofer making repairs discovered an unexpectedly large area of saturated OSB sheathing and extremely corroded nails and plywood clips, he called me to take a look.   2. For those of them who are suffering from roof leaks I would always recommend that to go for Liquid Rubber application which is one of the long term benefited solution you are having.
