Powell Symphony Hall, 718 N Grand Blvd, Saint Louis, MOAmeren Missouri is holding their annual Meeting of Shareholders to vote on several issues pertaining to their governing laws.The anti-CWIP law states that investor-owned utilities, like Ameren, are not allowed to collect money from ratepayers for costs associated with new power plants until they are producing electricity. This law saved Ameren ratepayers $400 million after the completion of the 1st nuclear reactor in Callaway County. Ameren wants to repeal part of this law. Know the talking points and make a difference.
