Colored Shingles bring Pizazz Old Home

Adding pizazz using Colored Roofing Shingles to bring out a Homes Features. Old North StLouis Project.

The roof has a 10/12 Pitch - foam couch cushions and my Tree Climbing equipment were utilized to keep me safe. A few neighbors took some pics of me while I was on the roof. I look forward to receiving them. I'll share them in the near future.

The prior roof was leaking in a few spots. In the following photos of the missing shingles can be a source for roof leaks. 

There was no drip edge used on the roof and when the shingles do not overlap into the gutter (example above photo) water can penetrate into a home and cause the fascia or gutter boards to deteriorate and fail.
