I will be the first to admit- I do not have all the answers needed.  That is why 

I am requesting Business Partners who are knowledgeable or who have connections in dealing with Nuclear Radiation.

From all the complex scientific studies I've discovered and read.  I do not feel I will have any trouble getting an Industrial Hemp or Kenaf Plant to grow on this radioactive soil.   This process is being used currently in The Chernobyl phytoremediation project of the Soviet Union as well as bordering area in Ukraine who touts its biomass as the preferred remedy, has been studied for a much needed solution at Fukishima, and with some of the latest information coming out of my favorite hemp organizations Hemp Technologies Nuclear Waste and Hemp and the Decontamination of Radioactive Soil-

For over a decade, industrial hemp growing in the environs of the abandoned Chernobyl nuclear power plant in Pripyat, Ukraine has been helping to reduce soil toxicity.

Jill Stien says COP21 has FAILED the people

Dear Friend -- I wanted to report back to you after an intense week in Paris, where the global community was gathered for the COP21 UN Climate Summit. Firstly, the recent tragic attacks in Paris, California and elsewhere weighed heavily on the week’s proceedings, so that the struggle against climate crisis was embedded in a landscape of terrorism and violence. As global crises of climate, security, the economy, and democracy converge, we must redouble our efforts for transformational solutions to build a world of peace, justice, and human rights. I spoke about some of these solutions at a People’s Climate Summit conference on climate and militarism, which you can read more about here. As the summit progressed and its final outcome took shape, it became clear that COP21 has failed to take the action necessary to prevent global climate catastrophe. The voluntary, unenforceable pledges being produced by COP21 are entirely insufficient to prevent climate crisis. Scientific analysis shows that these pledges will lead us to 3 degrees centigrade global temperature rise - and that will be catastrophic. Some of the pledges being touted as historic agreements could actually result in increases in emission of greenhouse gasses. Plans are adopting deceptive measures of success, such as reductions in the amount of carbon emitted per unit of GDP. Countries are claiming to be making progress when they are not reducing their actual pollution by a single ounce. Mother Nature doesn’t respond to such games. It is the real quantity of pollution that determines whether we will destroy the climate or save it. Despite the seriousness of the threat, some of the major polluters remain committed to protecting the fossil fuel industry rather than taking serious action. I include in that group the United States, wherePresident Obama’s promotion of the hydrofracking industry is leading to a spreading cancer of polluted groundwater and fracked gas pipelines. These pipelines, along with expansion of offshore oil drilling, have to be stopped if we are to make our required contribution to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The United States and other industrial nations are failing to adequately fund transition and adaptation efforts in developing countries. It is the US and major industrialized countries that are primarily responsible for climate change. We have both a moral and legal responsibility to compensate other countries for the damages we have inflicted, and to enable them to find sustainable paths to development that will raise their standards of living. One area of progress in Paris was growing recognition of the need to limit the global temperature rise to 1.5 degrees centigrade, rather than 2.0 degrees. It is now clear that many countries will experience catastrophic damage from the higher target. Unfortunately, the current agreements won't even keep global warming below 3 degrees. However, the new international target of 1.5 degrees does provide a tool to push our local, state and national governments to accelerate the transition to 100% clean renewable energy as quickly as possible. I had the honor of speaking to attendees of the Belong Forum in a program that included China’s deputy chief climate negotiator and other leading climate advocates. China has recently reoriented its economic planning to make climate protection a primary goal of its development plans. Also, as a result of its recent election, Canada has a government that is promising more vigorous support for climate protection. The United States also needs to move forward. The United States bears primary responsibility for killing hope for a binding international treaty to avert climate catastrophe. I will return to the United States determined to work to break the grip of the fossil fuel industry on Congress and the White House. Our country must begin to show the leadership the world needs at this critical moment in human history. It's time for the people of all nations - whose future is being sacrificed by the failure of COP21 - to demand that their leaders live up to their responsibilities for protecting us from climate change. We must insist that the polluting engines of planetary destruction be replaced by the clean, sustainable, just economy that we truly deserve. We must take our future into our own hands, and give our children a livable world. It’s in our hands! During the Manhattan Project Nuclear waste was dumped in a landfill in the StLouis Region. People are getting sick, cancer is rampant, Govt Buildings are being abandoned, babies born with birth defects, the list goes on.

This is an EPA Superfund site that has been neglected for years.

Introduction of Soil Remediation of Nuclear Waste at the Bridgeton Landfill and Cold Water Creek areas with a Natural Solution that will pay for itself from the crop grown, harvested, and sold.

From my research and contacts I am confident that Hemp in combination with a special mushroom can be used as a soil remediation tool that will eliminate the Radiation of the Bridgeton Landfill.

Then after harvesting the Industrial Hemp Plants the core of the hemp plant can be used to retrofit and create energy efficient homes- naturally-dependent on the testing of the end products radiation levels are within acceptable limits. If the end products do not meet this required end use radiation levels, the author has also explored other end uses that are mentioned in the following thesis.

No part of the Industrial Hemp Plant will be wasted. The Hemp Fibers and Hemp Lignin also have uses and options and marketability.

There is an existing demand that could be met. As long as, previously noted in the above paragraph that the radiation levels are within acceptable limits.

The submitter of this proposal has done extensive research in all aspects of Hemp Production, Hemp Harvesting, Hemp Raw Materials, and Hemp End Users that can make this proposed use of the existing landfill not only profitable venture and speculates that in due time the

Radiation Levels of the Bridgeton landfill will be controllable under certain circumstances as it relates to surface and subsurface soil properties.

Specifically the surface of the existing soil to a depth of 8 feet. This is also the area and depth of the soil contaminates that are causing all the health issues associated with nuclear waste that are plaguing the residents of the Bridgeton and Cold Water Creek region.

Author also proposes that all usable parts of the hemp plant be financially exploited and turned into income producing products that will offset much if not all of the costs of growing the Industrial Hemp Plant as well as the processes and equipment needed for the endeavor.

Any and all of the information used in this proposal can be verified and is also used in a startup business plan, the author has been working on and is receiving-high regards from Hemp Industry Professionals in the business.

One of which is on the record as stating: The Hemp Inventions described by the Author could be the "Holy Grail needed in the Hemp Industry".

MOhemp Energy is the planned name of the future business and is a Future Missouri Industrial Hemp Business that provides: Biomass Renewable Energy, Livestock feedstocks, Non Pollution Biodiesel, and Energy Conserving building products. All of which will be grown, harvested and processed in Missouri with end product sales geared to other Missouri Businesses.

Unknowns Future Research

I'll be adding financials to go with this proposal as well as the most current information as I mention in the proposal from my European Hemp Industry Expert as well as his studies data and findings.

We can also create a few jobs as long as we know that everyone is safe from the rads.

This venture venture will pay for itself. I am 100% sure that I can get the Hemp Planted to Market- on its own with a ROI in 5-10 yrs. {as long as the rad levels in the end products are within acceptable limits}

What I'm not sure of is:
Testing, Health Risks to Workers, Proper Working Attire, Regulations, etc.

My personal Chemical Experience comes from while I was in the Army. It was SOP for everyone to go thru Chemical attack and safety procedures with chemical suits and masks, part of the training takes place inside a building named The Gas Chamber.

I'm sure the needed training, equipment suggestions, and miscellaneous procedures are easily accessible via the people on the ground now who are working and monitoring the Landfill now.

In many of the photos I've seen; the workers are in normal construction attire and working around existing construction machines.

Of course I have questions and will Partner and Consult with all Parties Involved on a Daily Basis.

I'm bringing you a solution that has worked elsewhere in the world. Just because it's never been done in the USA does not mean it does not work or isn't effective.
