The Net-Zero home at 3118 Summerhill in the
Willow Creek subdivision in Monitor Township
produces more energy than it consumes. The home features
Dow Chemical Powerhouse Solar Shingles that can be seen on
the left portion of the roof in this photo.

To add to the hype, the solar shingles are the first residential solar roofing shingle with an integrated connection system to receive Underwriters Laboratories (UL) safety certification.

  1. This is an example of Unisolar PVL 68's integrated in an Artezanos Hybrid TIPV. This qualifies for the minimum 30% federal tax credit on "qualified solar electric property"The system can be expanded in the future for additional solar panels.
